Returns and exchanges

At SANC7UARY , we strive to provide exceptional service and support to all our clients. We understand that sometimes circumstances may require changes to your scheduled personal training sessions or group fitness classes. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved, we have established the following return and exchange policy:

  1. Cancellation Policy:

    • Personal Training Sessions: Clients must provide a minimum of 12 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of personal training sessions. Failure to do so will result in the session being charged in full.

    • Group Fitness Classes: Clients must cancel their reservation for a group fitness class at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the class credit.

  2. Refunds:

    • Personal Training Sessions: Refunds for personal training sessions will be issued in full if cancellation is made with at least 12 hours' notice. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled session.

    • Group Fitness Classes: Refunds for group fitness classes will only be provided if the cancellation is made at least 12 hours before the class begins. Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

  3. Rescheduling:

    • Personal Training Sessions: Clients may request to reschedule a personal training session with at least 12 hours' notice, subject to trainer availability.

    • Group Fitness Classes: Clients may reschedule their reservation for a group fitness class without penalty, provided the request is made at least 5 hours before the class starts and there is availability in another class.

  4. Exchange Policy:

    • Personal Training Sessions: Clients may request to exchange their personal training session for another service of equal value, subject to availability and approval from management.

    • Group Fitness Classes: Class credits for group fitness classes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other services.

  5. Exceptions:

    • In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of management.

  6. Communication:

    • All cancellations, rescheduling requests, and inquiries regarding refunds or exchanges must be communicated directly to SANC7UARY via email support@sanc7uary.com. They can also be made directly through your account via our website.

By booking a personal training session or reserving a spot in one of our group fitness classes, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this return and exchange policy.
